With new regulations implemented after past bushfire seasons, the BAL Rating system [Bushfire Attack Level] gives guidelines for properties on Bushfire prone land. Part of these recommendations are to have a dedicated fire tank [water stored for the sole purpose of firefighting].
The tanks can be made to have the Storz fitting [NSW] or Camlock fitting [Qld] installed to meet the local council requirements for the BAL Rating, on your property.

20000 Litre Water Tank – Your Path to Water Independence
Discover water self-sufficiency with our 20000L water tanks, designed for substantial water storage.
This large tank enables you to significantly supplement your mains water supply, reducing dependence on it. Local councils require this tank size to be at least a minimum in some fire-prone areas.
Customisation is available. For example, a 20000 litre water tank can be around 3300mm wide and about 2350mm high or narrower but taller, at around 2900mm wide and about 3100mm high. Contact us for tailored solutions.
All Our Steel Water Tanks Come with Three Standard Inclusions. Upon ordering your tank(s) you will be asked to place on a diagram where you want the fittings located.

Water Tank Delivery
Select Water Tanks will make sure your new water tank is delivered and positioned correctly on your base. We can also assist and coordinate with a crane operator if required. We use delivery zones to provide an estimate on your delivery costs.
